Leadership BC is a community-based program that brings stakeholders together to create projects to meet their specific leadership needs. With the assistance of an Advisory Committee, the British Columbia Chamber of Commerce has the responsibility for program implementation and evaluation.

 

Programs are implemented by local Chambers of Commerce. For details on how to participate, or to find out if your local Chamber is participating, please contact 604.638-8118. Registration is only once per year, in the Fall. There is a fee to participate in the program.

2005-2006 Pilot Sites:

Three communities were selected to pilot test the Leadership BC program. Chambers of Commerce in Kamloops, Nanaimo and Quesnel have taken the leadership role in implementing this program in their communities.

 

The Leadership BC program became a reality through the collective efforts of a number of organizations. These include:
